Digestive system of young birds is not completely developed so feed absorption from feed matrix gets hampered due to less production of natural Lipase. Adding an emulsifier to the diet overcomes the issue by reducing the size of fat globules and increasing total surface available for enzymatic digestion. EMULEX is an absorption enhancer.

Addition of EMULEX to feed increases fat digestibility thereby helps in optimising addition of fat to diets.
